  • Finishing:
    Remove from the heat. Add the butter and grated cheese. Stir vigorously until the polenta is smooth, glossy, and creamy. Add pepper to taste.

  • Serve
    immediately, very hot.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR PERFECT POLENTA

1. Avoid lumps

  • Always pour the polenta  in a thin stream  , never all at once.

  • Whisk  continuously  while adding

  • Never add polenta to a cold liquid
