Baking soda and vinegar. Mix equal parts baking soda and white vinegar, then dilute in water. In addition to cleaning and disinfecting pillows, this method is also useful for whitening them, thanks to the acids in vinegar and the properties of baking soda.
2. Hot water and lemon. Lemon, one of the most effective natural disinfectants, allows you to completely disinfect pillows. Pour the juice of 6 lemons into 2.5 liters of water. In addition to eliminating bacteria, this method leaves a pleasant aroma on your pillows.
Baking soda and tea tree oil. This excellent natural oil helps disinfect, while baking soda cleans deeply. Pour a few drops of oil on a cloth, add the baking soda, and rub it on the pillow. No rinsing necessary.
Hydrogen peroxide. Whitens, cleans, and disinfects: hydrogen peroxide is an excellent ally for cleaning pillows. Spray hydrogen peroxide directly on pillows to enjoy its benefits.
